Jennifer Blanks, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Women’s Hormone Therapy Specialist dedicated to helping women feel their best through every stage of life.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has cared for women in labor & delivery, wellness medicine, and rheumatology. While treating patients with complex autoimmune diseases, she saw firsthand how often women struggling with fatigue, brain fog, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, weight changes, and joint pain were told their symptoms were a normal part of aging.
That experience inspired her to establish Soundside Medical- a telehealth practice dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormone health, and wellness.
Jennifer believes exceptional healthcare begins with listening. She partners with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that reflects her unique health history, symptoms, and goals. Her mission is to empower women with the knowledge, support, and treatment options they need to restore their health, improve their quality of life, and feel like themselves again.

Who is Soundside Medical for?
Soundside Medical provides virtual care for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife hormonal changes. Whether you’re struggling with hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue, sleep disturbances, weight changes, mood changes, or simply don’t feel like yourself, we’re here to help.
Do you accept insurance?
Soundside Medical is a cash-pay telehealth practice. This allows us to spend more time with each patient, provide individualized care, and focus on evidence-based treatment without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies. Superbills are available upon request. This allows you to request reimbursement from your insurance company after your visit. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid patients at this time. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary, we cannot legally accept you as a patient at this practice.
Do I need hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Not necessarily. Every treatment plan is personalized. Some women benefit from hormone therapy, while others may be better suited for non-hormonal treatments or lifestyle modifications. We’ll discuss the options together and determine what’s safest and most appropriate for you.
Can I be seen from home?
Yes! Appointments are conducted through a secure telehealth platform, allowing you to receive expert care from the comfort and privacy of your home. Patients must be physically located in the state of Florida at the time of their appointment. Additional states may be added in the future as licensure expands.
I’ve been told my symptoms are ‘just part of aging.’ Can you help?
Absolutely. Many symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause are common— but that doesn’t mean you have to live with them. At Soundside Medical, we take your concerns seriously and work with you to develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that supports your health and quality of life.
